Yuga Labs says some ERC 721C and ERC 1155C NFTs may not yet work on claims site

Yuga Labs blockchain vice president Quit said on Sept. 26 that holders of NFT collections using the ERC 721C or ERC 1155C standards may be temporarily unable to claim assets through the project’s NFT claims website. According to the post, users can work around the restriction by enabling "7702 delegate OTC" in transfer validator settings, or by adding a designated Ethereum address and ApeChain address to the 7702 delegated address whitelist. The update applies to users trying to access the claims portal tied to the Payment Processor exploit case. Yuga Labs had previously said the claims website for assets affected by the NFT theft incident caused by the Payment Processor vulnerability had officially gone live. Users whose NFTs were successfully secured by Yuga Labs can now submit claims, though they must first revoke approvals granted to Payment Processor.

Yuga Labs says NFTs Are Safe claims portal is being refined, limited testing now live

Yuga Labs blockchain vice president Quit said on Sept. 26 that the claims portal for NFTs Are Safe is still being refined and has entered a limited testing phase. Users can now visit the portal to check which NFTs they are eligible to claim, and they are encouraged to report any errors in the claimable items shown. Quit said the formal claims process will use the same snapshot and will open after additional quality checks are completed. Because the effort involves about 25,000 NFTs, users may need to wait longer. He also said the project has required significant time, and that gas costs from last night alone reached $7,500. Quit thanked the community for its support and also thanked users who donated through X Money. BlockBeats had reported a day earlier that a Payment Processor vulnerability led to the theft of a large number of NFTs, and that Yuga Labs’ white-hat rescue recovered NFTs worth more than $5.7 million.
